At CELIA B, we want you to be completely in love with your vibrant new wardrobe additions. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and attached.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
